(I just tried to see if I could break MySQL on Windows with CREATE DATABASE &lt;snowman symbol&gt;.... and couldn&#039;t even get it right on command line: it came out as question mark. The GUI tools also got it wrong... looked like a thick line)&lt;/snowman&gt;</description>
